Sunlight is the best light, more than good enough. For viewing in the night u can use TFC or NAN Bro

sunlight is the best light, tapi bro adink bilang yg paling bagus buat tanning diatas 10000 kelvin, sedangkan cahaya matahari sendiri colour temperature nya sekitar 6500 kelvin, jadi gimana dong ?

the lamp isnt comparable to the sun ... ;) beside its only the color temp, the most important are the spectrums of UV ray, sun is full with different spectrums UV ray, so its the best to "grill" ur red :p :D

I'm not an expert in Tanning, but I would say when u see signs of reds..its time to "push" those reds out of them....perhaps someone in here whose more exp can confirm more on it

Re: Which one better light for Red

there were many threads here that discussed about the lamp (initiated by Mr. JD), please surf further about the differenciate PG, AB, and its benefit to strengthen and growing your aro's color ..
and I ... forget about it all :) :) :) lazy to memorize and implement it :) just use 1 unit of NAN .. and sometimes (weekdays) use the reflection of SUN, the 'cheapest lamp' :) :)
I'll try to find some conclusion of lamps that has been discussed .. later :) :)
