Question Is it normal, my arwana swim only on surface?

I notice my arwana swim on surface? The arwana dont even want to swim down or centre. Is it normal or is there any problem with my arwana?

commonly aro swim on surface (surface dweller), any negative sign ? such as deep breath or always try to take the air ? if no, no problem maybe.
