Why the tail and fin of my arowana have pimples type of disease ?

maybe, ur water quality is bad. pimples are fungus.
u can put fish salt into ur aq. and with methiline blue can help it because better.
attention with food must clean, after u give to ur aro.
to be safe, u can give ur aro, food of insects types (cricket, centipede, worm, etc) and not pisches types (little fish, frog, shrimp, etc).

I've got it too long time ago due to aged water. have not change water for long time....
thank god, I cured it with methilene blue after I changed the water first....

hi there.. Perhaps the salt solution will work. i will try it..
Here is a picture taken at the first stage. i will post more pic by next week.

Thanks for the remarks. BTW i notice another fish have a very strange shape of it scale.
I almost like these scales are eaten off. Any advise on this too.
I place all three arowana is a same tank but separate with glass partition . I will upload all this pic next week.

what d you mean with 'very strange shape of it scale'? does bigger or smaller than others or else?

You can try using INTERPET Anti Fungus and Bacteria . Everyday you must change the water 50% and add the interpet again according to the new aged water you replaced. Doing it everyday for 5 days long.
You can give extra oxygen ( aerator ) while cure your aro. Add a heater set on 32C. Do not put any carbon on your filter.

Here is a pic of the uneven scale.. Any idea how to cure it?
It is much better when i put salt ( 1.5KG) into my 8 feet x 2.5 feet x 2.5 feet tank.

bro aaron, ur aro is so beautiful with red rings colour.
to cure uneven scale, no other better method, as u take off the uneven scale. because uneven scale can't grow perfect. after u take off the uneven scale, u must put salt & methylene blue, to avoid fr germs / fungus. after several months (maybe around 6 months), the scale will be back like original and better,..
