there were many threads here that discussed about the lamp (initiated by Mr. JD), please surf further about the differenciate PG, AB, and its benefit to strengthen and growing your aro's color ..
and I ... forget about it all

lazy to memorize and implement it

just use 1 unit of NAN .. and sometimes (weekdays) use the reflection of SUN, the 'cheapest lamp'

I'll try to find some conclusion of lamps that has been discussed .. later
